Try this together. No lectures. No blame. Just a few taps, a bit of talking, and one small plan.
This is for those times when school feels difficult and nobody quite knows how to start talking about it.

A difficult morning is information. It may tell you something about anxiety, relationships, learning, sensory needs, confidence, health or another barrier. Keep listening for the pattern.
If school reluctance is persistent, getting worse, linked with bullying, significant anxiety, physical symptoms, SEND needs, low mood or major changes in behaviour, involve the school and relevant professionals.
If you are worried about immediate safety or possible self-harm, seek urgent professional help.
Connection first. Understanding next. Then the plan.
